1. Are you insured and bonded? I carry liability insurance that includes coverage for your pets as well as your other personal property for accidental damage, mysterious disappearances, and theft.
2. Do you have references? Yes, please contact me and I can give you some numbers.
3. What if I need to cancel service? Pet Sitting and Pet Taxi: Cancel 0-48 hrs prior to service and there is no refund. Cancel 2-7 days prior to service and you will get an 80% refund. Cancel 8+ days prior to service and you will get a full refund.
Dog Walking and Poop Scoop: There will be no cancellation charges. Any canceled service will be credited to the next invoice. If you forget to contact me and I show up for prepaid services then you will be charged for that visit.
4. How do I pay for services? I accept cash, checks, and paypal. For pet sitting and pet taxi, payment is due on the first day of service. For dog walking you will receive weekly or biweekly invoices. For poop scoop I will mail a bill once a month.
5. Holiday Surcharge: There is an extra $3 per visit charge on holidays. Pet taxi and poop scoop services are not available on holidays. Included holidays: Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Years Day, New Years Eve, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Easter.
6. Can I give a tip? Tips are appreciated, but are definitely not required.
