Dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, snakes, fish, rabbits, small caged critters, etc.... If you have a unusual pet, please contact us and in most cases we are happy to learn how to care for it.
Please contact us as soon as you know your travel plans.  Many of our clients schedule months in advance.  We will try our best to accommodate last minute reservations.
Most dogs need visits every 4-8 hrs.  When deciding how many visits you need, please think about how many times per day your dog normally goes outside.  Our regular visit hours are 7am-10pm.
Overnights and full day care are not available at this time.
Yes, an initial consultation is needed before any services can begin.  The consultation will give us time to go over paperwork, tour your home, and discuss any details on pet and home care.  This consultation is free and must be done at least 48 hrs prior to service beginning.
Of course!!!  Give me a call and I will bring you your key.  You will be charged for a visit.
I do not disclose ANY client information to any third parties.  Your house keys will not have your address on it.
If your pet lives completely outside I can make sure that it has food and water and give it some attention, but I cannot be responsible for anything that happens to outdoor animals while in my care.  If your cat occasionally goes outside, I request that your pet stay completely indoors while in my care.
I will restock the supplies at your expense.
Dogs need 3-4 visits per day.  Cats and other small critters need 1-2 visits per day.  I will do every other day visits for cats and some caged animals, but I am not liable for any problems that occur due to infrequent visits.
If your pet is in a life threatening situation I will take it to a vet immediately.  For non emergency situations we will attempt to contact you to receive instructions on how to care for your pet.
I carry liability insurance that includes coverage for your pets as well as your other personal property for accidental damage, mysterious disappearances, and theft.

I accept cash, checks, and paypal.  For vacation pet sitting, payment is due on the first day of service.  For dog walking payment is due at the beginning of the week.  Daily dog walking clients can purchase pre-paid punch cards at a discount.

Vacation Pet Sitting: Cancel 0-48 hrs prior to service and there is no refund.  Cancel 2-7 days prior to service and you will get an 80% refund.  Cancel 8+ days prior to service and you will get a full refund.

Dog Walking and Daily Care:  There will be no cancellation charges.  Any canceled service will be credited to the next invoice.  If you forget to contact me and I show up for prepaid services then you will be charged for that visit.

There is an extra five dollar charge per day on holidays.  Included holidays:  Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Years Day, New Years Eve, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Easter.  Generally, daily dog walking is not available on major holidays.
